- If there is no defect in the craftsmanship of your fan, you may still return it unless it is a clearance item marked as “Final Sale.”

- Returns must be made within 45 days from the purchase date.

- The product should be in its original, uninstalled condition and returned in its original packaging.

- We will refund the full purchase price plus applicable taxes once we receive the returned fan.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

- Clearance items marked as “Final Sale” are excluded from this return policy. If such an item is defective, please see the instructions below.
